Important information about the Coronavirus
Dear business partners,
As you know, we are all facing an extraordinary challenge due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
Based on the recent Austrian regulations we are at present allowed to keep our company open.
Further developments and associated regulations cannot be foreseen.
In order to be a reliable partner for tubes even in these difficult times, we have set up a Corona Taskforce. It is evaluating the current situation continuously and then implementing requirements of the authorities. In this situation the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and partners comes first. Therefore, we have already taken the following preventive measures:
- home office, where possible
- suspension of business trips and visits to trade fairs
- restrictions on access to company premises
- implementation of additional hygiene measures
- internal rules of conduct to minimize the risk of infection
- rules of conduct in dealing with the receipt and delivery of goods
- emergency plan in the event of an official closure
We have adapted our operating procedures to the challenging situation and are doing our best to provide our usual service and meet our delivery dates. Despite observance of all due diligence obligations, force majeure may occur, which we cannot influence.
Therefore we inform you that, from the present point of view, there may be delays in delivery due to border closures, general problems in transport or as a result of official regulations. Should this be the case with your order, we will of course contact you and discuss the further procedure. We ask for your understanding that, for the reasons mentioned above, we are currently unable to promise binding delivery dates also for new orders.
